Border Landscape Remix is an audio-visual work that transforms video from surveillance cameras on the U.S - Mexico border into instruments of landscape art. The piece examines the intersection of national, virtual and physical space by creating an uncanny environment from appropriated images and sound, familiar from western films and television, but also imbued with an unnerving sense of something beyond the gaze of both the all-seeing eye and the viewer.
